Job Seekers

On our website, we ask several questions regarding personal information about job seekers. Providing this information is completely voluntary. We want to know these things about job seekers so we can assist them in finding employment.When job seekers voluntarily provide information about themselves on our website or upload their resume to us, we make such information available to potential employers without any identifying information (i.e. name, address, phone number or email address).The name, address and email address of job seekers are only for the use of BOSS-Works; it will not be shared or traded to any third party. The only exception to this is when a potential employer has reviewed information about a job seeker and expressed an interest in contacting that person.BOSS-Works will delete any information about job seekers from our database if that person sends an email requesting we do so to However, any information previously supplied to a potential employer may be retained in their files.Job seekers may apply for a job listed on our website, and upon doing so, that person's resume (if it has been previously saved on the BOSS-Works website), including his/her name and/or address, will be forwarded directly to that potential employer. When this occurs, BOSS-Works will have a record of the job seeker having sent their resume to the potential employer.BOSS-Works will send job seekers periodic emails with items of interest and to communicate about their job search. Each email will contain a link that allows users to modify or delete their personal information. If a job seeker wishes to change the text of a submitted resume, he/she will need to submit a modified resume.

BOSS-Works uses an approved third-party service provider for all credit card processing and web hosting services.

Potential Employers

On our website, we ask several questions regarding company information about potential employers. Some information is required to set up an account and to post a job opportunity.Potential employers are also required to provide specific information about the job opportunity in order to post a job opportunity. Some information will be available on the website to be viewed by potential job seekers.We will list job openings on our webpage. Listings will contain a general job description, including location, but will not include the name of the potential employer, unless requested by that potential employer. Third-Party Partners

BOSS-Works partners with various organizations to provide services to our candidates (e.g., resume services, career coaching, training). If a candidate purchases services from these third-parties, their information will be sent to those organizations. Those organizations are governed by their own Privacy Policies and Terms of Use, and users should consult them so that they understand what information will be collected and how this information will be used. BOSS-Works does not control the privacy policies of these organizations.

Aggregate Information

BOSS-Works may gather information and share aggregate information about users of our website with potential employers and third parties so that they understand the profile of BOSS-Works users. The aggregation of this information is done anonymously, and may include information relating to the age, education, experience and location of users of our website. 


BOSS-Works uses log files to compile data on our site in addition to other web-based tracking technologies in order to track hits, referrals and page views. This information is used for internal purposes and data for online advertising sales information. BOSS-Works does not use cookies for personalization or tracking purposes.

BOSS-Works uses various technologies and procedures to protect users' personal information from loss, misuse or theft, but we cannot guarantee absolute security and cannot guarantee that third parties may not illegally obtain this information. BOSS-Works employs a secure transaction process system in order to protect your credit card and personal information as well as password protection functions in order to keep your information private.
